Form Development
We will design, build and enhance the form to your specifications, field lengths and requirements.  Special attention is paid to ensure that the form blends seamlessly with your current site design.

We will also implement drop down menus, a database of locations if required and all PHP code needed to send notifications, confirmations and/or stop spam.  Additionally, any required scripting such as Javascript for data validation is also implemented.

Once the form is developed and in place, we will spend time extensively testing it for quality assurance before launching it live on your site.

Pricing
Form pricing is based on the number of fields, the type of fields required (drop down, check box, radio buttons, etc) and any additional code work that may be required to get your form operating flawlessly and to your specifications.

Large Forms (20+ fields)
Large forms are essentially built in the same way as smaller forms, but require much more in terms of design, coding and quality assurance.  For this reason, fields with more than 20 fields require a custom quote based on your idea, our suggestions and the overall decision on how the form will operate when live.
